Creating an Account
- Click Create an Account at the top of the Jobzle web page to create an employer account
- Enter your Company Name and Email Address
- Create a password, re-enter password and click Sign Up
- This will bring you to the Active Job Listing screen. To continue, Click here to post job
Posting a Job Ad
- Click on Post New Job and Create a Title for your listing
- Using the pull down menus, select both the Job Category & Type
- Type in the Job Location
- Enter the Start Date MM/DD/YYYY or click the Calendar icon and choose a date
- Enter the rate you are paying and select one of the options from the Terms pull down menu
- Describe the job listing, tasks and general responsibilities
- Include any Applicant Requirements, click on Add Another Requirement if necessary
- Select which colleges from which you would like to accept applicants
- Click on Next Step
- Add contact name, email and phone number - if you would like this information posted in the Job Ad, select the checkbox
- Click on Complete Listing
- If this is an unpaid ad, skip ahead to item 14
- If this is a paid Job ad, please enter Billing Information and Credit Card details. If you do not have a Coupon Code, please leave this field blank.
- Click on the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy checkbox. To view complete terms, click on the link for each.
- Click on Complete My Listing
Note: The listing will show up on the screen as it appears on Jobzle.com The bar along the top of the ad allows you to Edit, Check for Applications or Close the Job Listing
Multiple Ads
To post additional ads, the Post New Job button appears in the top left corner of the screen while you are logged in to Jobzle
Managing Applicants
- To review applicants, sign in to your account using your email address and password
- Your Active Job Listings will be displayed on the screen
- Click on the Ad you wish to view - this will bring up a list of Applicants for that Ad
- Click on the Student Application to review their cover letter and/or resume
- From this screen you may Decline and Application, Offer a Job or Reply to the Applicant by entering information into the text field and clicking Reply
Note: If you receive any unsolicited email or spam, please report it to us by clicking on Report Spam in the upper right corner
Duration of Posted Ad
- All ads are posted for 2 weeks from date of posting
- The ad can be extended up to 4 weeks at no additional charge
- To extend the ad beyond 4 weeks, please contact support@jobzle.com
Students
Registering for Jobzle
- Click Create an Account at the top of the Jobzle web page to create a student account
- Enter your university email address. (ex. John.Doe@yourcollege.edu)
- Create a password
- A confirmation email will be sent to your university email address. Once you click on the confirmation link sent to your email, you will be able to complete your registration
- Click on the confirmation link. Enter your full name, expected graduation date and major, then click Sign Up!
Note: Once you have registered and confirmed your account, you may change your primary email address by going to Profile/Information and clicking on Change
Searching for a Position
- Once you have completed the registration, you will automatically be taken to the Browse All Jobs page
- From this screen you can Refine Your Search by adjusting the Types, Location, Payment Details, On/Off Campus and Industry
- You can also Sort by Recently Posted, Start Date or Highest Paid positions.
Applying for a Position
- Click on the Job title link to view the Job Description, Payment terms and Employer Information
- Click on the Apply Now button and you will be directed to the Application
- Create a Cover Letter or note to the Employer, check Include Resume then click on Submit Application
- Your Active Applications will be listed on the next page
- You can View or Withdraw your Application from this page as well as view Active, Expired and Drafts of your Applications
Note: If you have any questions, click on the Ask a Question button and your question will be forwarded directly to the Employer

Uploading a Photo to Your Profile
To upload a photo to your profile, make sure that it meets the following criteria:
- Photo size: Photos should be no larger than 700k in size
- Photo format: We can only accept photos in .jpg .gif or .png format
- Photo name: Avoid using special characters like $, &, @, and #. Also, spaces or dashes (-) should not be included in the file name. To rename your photo, right-click on the photo file and choose "rename"
- A confirmation email will be sent to your university email address. Once you click on the confirmation link sent to your email, you will be able to complete your registration
- Click on the confirmation link. Enter your full name, expected graduation date and major, then click Sign Up!
Note: To view your photo file information before you upload it, right-click on the photo file and choose "properties." A new window will open displaying the file name, size, and type
University / College Email Address
- A university/college (yourname@yourcollege.edu) email address is required to sign up for Jobzle
- Once you have registered and confirmed your account, you may change your primary email address by going to Profile/Information and clicking on Change
